The Dean’s office serving foreign students is located at first floor in room #136.

Students may contact us remotely by e-mail in case of issues that do not require a personal visit to the Dean’s Office. Contact persons: Joanna Wiśniewska  and Ilona Suska

In cases that require the absolute presence of a student in the Dean’s Office, we invite you on the following days and times:

  • Mondays: 09:00 – 14:00
  • Tuesdays: 09:00 – 12:00
  • Wednesdays: Internal working days
  • Thursdays: 12:00 – 15:00
  • Fridays: Internal working days

PLEASE REMEMBER!: Hand disinfection is still mandatory when visiting the Dean’s Office.

Only one student is allowed in the Dean’s Office at a time.

The payments of tuition fees and for repeated classes should be made on an individual’s bank account number. Individual bank account numbers and account balances are available by logging on to the system USOSWeb module MY STUDIES -> settlements. Information on how to log into the system can be found on the main site USOSWeb. In case of problems with logging into the system, please contact the Dean’s Office (room #136).
