Recruitment for Erasmus+ Programme

From 4th of March 2025 at 4 pm until 31st of March at 2 pm, the recruitment for Erasmus+ trip for the academic year 2025/2026 is open.

Submission of applications is done through the USOSweb system: USOSweb: Student’s Section – Student Exchange – Mobility Offers – Faculty of Building Services, Hydro and Environmental Engineering – show offers access path: USOSweb: Student’s Section – Student Mobility – Applications.

First- and second-level full-time and part-time students of all majors, offered by the Faculty, can recruit for the trip. The program also allows people who do not have citizenship of the European Union to leave.

When recruiting, the following criteria are preferential:

a weighted average of grades from the entire period of study is at least 4.0,
documented knowledge of the language of the country or the language in which the student will communicate at the university at a minimum level of B2 (if the exam in the SJO at a later date – the student is required to bring the certificate to the dean’s office);
deficiencies in passing subjects,
student activity on behalf of the academic community at Warsaw University of Technology,
opinion about the student.

Individual cases are considered on a case-by-case basis.

A student applying for the trip must also meet the following formal criteria:

have passed (unconditionally) the entire first year of undergraduate studies one month before leaving for the foreign university;
must not be on leave during the Erasmus+ program, Before making your choice, please check the website of the chosen university for the offer of subjects in the given language.

You can choose up to 3 universities.

After registering the application for the Erasmus+ 2025/2026 trip in the USOSWEB system: PLEASE PRINT, SIGN AND DELIVER the APPLICATION together with a certificate confirming knowledge of the foreign language, documents confirming student activities (e.g. activities in the Student Government, ESN, study groups) to the Dean’s Office (room 136).

COMMENT

Recruitment does not apply to:

students coming for the ERASMUS+ program.
persons resuming studies.
