Invitation to a lecture on EIA
On Thursday, January 11 this year, from 10:15 to 12:00 in room 907 there will be a lecture on the practical aspects of EIA procedures in the activities of the General Directorate for Environmental Protection, which will be delivered by Ms. Dorota Toryfter-Szumańska, Deputy Director, Department of Environmental Impact Assessment, General Directorate for Environmental Protection (GDOŚ).
The first part of the lecture will concern: EIA and SEA system in transboundary context in Poland (law, procedures, practice, international bodies), and the second: Transboundary EIA case study – Baltic Pipe project.
The lecture, carried out as part of the cooperation between the Faculty of IBHiIŚ and GDOŚ, is intended, among others, for students of the 7th semester in the field of Environmental Engineering, but… I invite to the lecture all employees, PhD students and students interested in the issues of environmental assessments in Poland and around the world.
